Returns & Exchanges

At LOAM, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order isn't a perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and securely package your items in their original box.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Affix the label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a free pickup through our logistics partner.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  After our team inspects the returned garments, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
